Authorized faculty and administrative users can review a learner’s activity and performance within a specific course. This view provides a consolidated snapshot of what the learner has completed and what has been released, making it easy to review progress, troubleshoot issues, and answer learner questions.

The learner activity view mirrors the learner’s Student Release page when all content is released.

What You Can View

Depending on your permissions, the learner activity view may include:

• Sessions
• Evaluations
• Scores and released content
• Scenario scores
• Total course score
• Link to the Learner Statistics Report

How to View Learner Activity

1. Navigate to Courses .
2. Select the course you want to review.
3. Go to Course Participant list .
4. Click the learner’s name.

You’ll see a consolidated view of that learner’s activity within the selected course only .

From this page, you can:

• Review completed and in‑progress items
• Drill down into specific sessions, evaluations, or scores (if permitted)
• Return to the learner list to select another learner

Drilling Down into Learner Activity

If you have the appropriate permissions, you can select items in the list to view more detail:

• Sessions open the session record
• Evaluations open completed evaluation results
• Scores open released score details
• Statistics Report opens learner‑level course statistics

Permissions below the course level do not affect access in this view. Only the permissions outlined below apply.

Permission‑Based Visibility

What you can see and access depends on your assigned permissions.

View Results

This permission allows you to:

• View evaluation scores
• Open completed evaluations
• View scenario scores
• View the total course score
• Access the Learner Statistics Report

Without View Results :

• Evaluations are not clickable
• Individual and total scores are hidden
• The statistics report link does not appear

Debrief Sessions

This permission allows you to:

• Open and review the learner’s session records

Without Debrief Sessions :

• Sessions appear as text only
• Only the session title and date/time are shown
• Session links are disabled

Why This View Is Useful

The learner activity view helps faculty and administrative users:

• Verify learner completion and participation
• Confirm what content and scores have been released
• Investigate learner questions quickly
• Review performance without navigating multiple areas of SimCapture

Because it reflects the learner’s released view, it ensures alignment between what instructors see and what learners experience.
