This guide explains what learners see when an administrator releases scores for Course and Scenario Evaluations using the Release Scores page in SimCapture. Learner visibility depends entirely on the options selected by the administrator at the time scores are released.
Before You Begin
- Only administrators can access and configure the Release Scores page
- Admin access path: Courses → Select Course → Agenda pod → Go to full agenda → + Release Scores
- Learners view released results on the My Courses page
- Administrators with editing permissions may revise evaluations before releasing scores to ensure accuracy
- Learners do not have access to the Release Scores page

Administrators can configure the following options when releasing scores:

Questions About Your Results?
If you’re a learner and are unsure why certain scores, evaluations, or videos are not visible, contact your course administrator for clarification. Score visibility depends on what has been released and whether a retract date is in place.
