SimCapture Enterprise: How to access and work with calendar reports
Learn how to access and work with calendar reports in SimCapture Enterprise, unlocking powerful insights into employee performance.
An administrator who has permission may report on Calendar activity and can view reports related to Reservation Count and Reservations Time from the Calendar page. Additionally, filters related to Month, Location, Organization, Course, User, and Simulator may be applied to the report providing data related to Calendared reservations.
Accessing calendar reports
The calendar reports display information calendared as a Reservation. Calendar Reports will provide data on the past or the future as it relates to Reservations.
To access and work with Calendar reporting, take these steps.
- Click Calendar in the global navigation bar.
- Within the Calendar area, click Reports.
- Choose either Reservations Time or Reservations Count from the Report drop-down.
- Choose how you would like to filter the report from the By drop-down.
- Select the desired date range from the calendar.
- The results can be sorted by clicking the column headers.
