Export and Print Schedules
Print a Schedule
- Go to Calendar > Print Schedule
- Select a date
- Select Print
A ZIP file containing a PDF is downloaded.
If the download fails, check your browser’s pop-up blocker settings.
Export Options
- Export Schedule: Generates an iCalendar link for syncing
- Export Raw Data: Resource View is especially helpful for spotting conflicts across rooms or simulators
