SimCapture Enterprise provides reporting tools that help administrators track learner performance, analyze evaluation data, and export course results for further review.
Accessing Course Reports
You can access course reports directly from the Course page .
- Click Courses in the global navigation.
- Select a course.
- Click View Results located at the top of the course page..
Working with the Course Score Report
The Course Score Report aggregates results across all evaluations in a course.
To access the report
- Navigate to the course.
- Click View Results.
What you'll see
- Range of Scores graph showing the distribution of learner performance.

Participant list, including:
- Names
- Scores
- Percentages based on completed items

Quick Stats, including:
- Overall course percentage
- Standard deviation
Available filters
- Scenario – Focus on specific scenarios
- Evaluation – Narrow results to individual assessments
- Question Category – Analyze performance by competency or question type
- Date – Filter results by submission timeframe
Exporting Course Reports
To download report data within the View Results area
- Click Download as Excel
- Select an export type:
- Gradebook Report – Summary of learner scores.
- Evaluations – Detailed evaluation-level data.
Export details
- Each Excel worksheet represents a scenario.
- Worksheet names match scenario titles.
- Scenario names are limited to 31 characters due to Excel limitations.
