Things to Know Before You Begin
- Prerequisite: Both Learners and Standardized Patients must submit their evaluations before Monitor Evaluations can be completed.
- Access: This feature is available to Monitor Evaluators and Administrative users.
- Location: Monitor evaluations can also be generated during Debrief.
Monitor Evaluation Workflow
Incomplete Monitor Evaluation Pop-Up
At the end of an exam, if a Monitor Evaluator has started but not submitted their evaluation, a pop-up will appear with two options:
1. Continue This Evaluation
- Opens a new tab where the evaluator can complete the evaluation immediately.
2. Save and Finish Later
- Allows the evaluator to return and complete the evaluation at a later time.
Note: This pop-up only appears if the Click to Begin Evaluation button was selected and the evaluation was not submitted before the exam ended.
Where to Find Incomplete Evaluations
For Administrative Users:
- Selecting Save and Finish Later redirects you to the My Active Courses pod.
- The course with the incomplete evaluation will be listed there.
- Once completed, the course is removed from the pod.
For Participant Users:
- Selecting Save and Finish Later redirects you to the My Courses pod.
- The course remains visible until the evaluation is completed.
Why This Matters
This feature ensures:
- No evaluations are missed due to time constraints.
- Evaluators can complete their work accurately and without pressure.
- Exam records remain complete and reliable.
