The OSCE Encounter Report helps administrators track which Standardized Patients (SPs) have interacted with which Learners, and when. This ensures that learners do not encounter the same SP too frequently, supporting a more diverse and realistic assessment experience.

Important Information Before You Start

• This report is only accessible to Administrators.
• The report is color-codedto highlight recent interactions:
  • Yellow: Learner has seen the SP once in the last 6 months
  • Orange: Learner has seen the SP two or more times in the last 3 months
• When downloaded, the Excel file formats usernames as: Last Name, First Name, Middle Name (if applicable)

How to Access the Report

Follow these steps to view and download the OSCE Encounter Report:

1. Click Courses in the global navigation bar.
2. In the Results pod, click View Reports.
3. From the Report drop-down menu, select Encounters.
4. Choose the Display Number of Encounters radio button.

The report will now display a grid showing Learner-SP interactions, with color-coded cells indicating frequency and recency.

Downloading the Report

• Click the Download icon or button (if available) to export the report as an Excel file.
• The exported file will retain the color-coding and formatting for easy reference.
