Highlighted Features

My Courses Pod: Evaluatee will now be displayed for assigned evaluations.

Administrators Within both participant and administrator home pages, users will now see the evaluatee name next to an assigned evaluation. This will assist users in monitoring, grading, or reviewing multiple evaluations with the same name and quickly identifying the user this applies to.

SimCapture On-Premise to Cloud Migration Tool

Clients considering moving from our On-Premise to Cloud platform will now be able to move over large portions of On-Premise data to best assist with consistency between the two platforms and to reduce the amount of manual recreation work when moving to a new tool. • NOTE: SSO must be enabled to have NameID pass, or this can cause an issue of duplicate users
• Duplicate users via LDAP will not be moved over. These are users with _1, _2 etc.

Bug Fixes and Improvements

• SSO Users: SSO users are no longer able to change their password via SimCapture and must reach out to SSO administrator for this functionality.
• Users: Users with associated data, such as being part of a session, cannot be deleted. Instead, SimCapture will display a message to archive these users.
• Users: Xlsx file type is now supported for automatic batch upload process.
• Users: Imported LDAP users are no longer set to ‘inactive’ by default.
• Sessions: When starting a session from a reservation, users will be populated as their appropriate user type.
• Permissions: Internal Server Error is no longer displayed if an admin user attempts to enter the evaluation editor without global System Setup Permissions.
• Courses: Changing a course's organization will not change the organization of its scenarios and evaluations.
• Courses: Evaluation Point Value is now rounded to the nearest two decimal places.
• Center Sign In: Center Sign In will no longer throw an error when many users are signed in.
• Localization: Updated localization text for Spanish within CCM chat.
• System Setup: Attempting to delete in use Participant Types will now result in an error.
• My Courses Pod: Course lists are now sorted alphabetically.
• My Courses Pod: Long course titles will no longer appear compressed.
• My Courses Pod: Multiple assigned scoring evaluations will now appear within the available evaluation list.
