SimCapture Enterprise provides reporting tools that help administrators track learner performance, analyze evaluation data, and export course results for further review.

Accessing Course Reports

You can access course reports in two main ways (depending on your reporting needs):

From the Calendar Page

Use this option for operational and scheduling-based reports , such as reservation data.

• View reports like:
  • Reservation Count
  • Reservation Time
• Apply filters such as:
  • Month
  • Location
  • Organization
  • Course
  • User
  • Simulator
• When exporting to Excel:
  • Labels appear in your local language
  • Usernames are formatted as Last Name, First Name, Middle

From the Course Page

Use this option for learner performance and evaluation data .

1. Click Courses in the global navigation
2. Select a course
3. Scroll to the Results pod
4. Click View Reports

Understanding the Results Pod

The Results pod provides a quick snapshot of course performance:

• Hover over the score graph to see learner distribution by score range
• View key metrics:
  • Average score
  • Standard deviation
• Apply filters to refine results:
  • Scenario
  • Evaluation
  • Question Category
  • Date

Working with the Course Score Report

The Course Score Report aggregates results across all evaluations in a course.

To access:

• Navigate to the course → Results pod
• Select View Reports

What you’ll see:

• Range of Scores graph (visual distribution of learner performance)
• Participant list, including:
  • Names
  • Scores
  • Percentages (based on completed items)
• Quick Stats, including:
  • Overall course percentage
  • Standard deviation

Available filters:

• Scenario – Focus on specific scenarios
• Evaluation – Narrow to particular assessments
• Question Category – Analyze performance by competency or question type
• Date – Filter by submission timeframe

Note: Submitted evaluations with a score of zero are still included in overall score calculations.

Exporting Course Reports

To download report data:

1. Click Download as Excel
2. Choose the export type:

• Gradebook Report

  • Summary of learner scores

• Raw Data Export

  • Detailed evaluation-level data

Export details:

• Each Excel tab corresponds to a scenario
• Tab names match scenario titles
• Scenario names are limited to 31 characters in Excel
