Administrators can view a color-coded, downloadable OSCE encounter report that shows which SPs have seen which Learners and when so that a Learner doesn’t encounter the same SP in a short period of time. Yellow cells indicate that Learner has seen the SP 1 time within the last 6 months. Orange cells indicate that the Learner has seen the SP 2 or more times within the last 3 months. 

Note: The downloaded Excel sheet will show the Username formatted as Last Name, First Name, and Middle (if applicable). 

To access and display this report, take these steps.

1. Click Courses in the global navigation bar.
2. Click View reports in the Results pod
3. Select Encounters from the Report drop-down and then choose the Display Number of Encounters radio button.
