Things to know before you begin

If you need your SimCapture URL, username/password, or do not have an account, please contact your System Administrator or SimCapture support for assistance.

Start a new session

1. Log in to your organization with your SimCapture username and password.
2. On the Home page, click Start New Session in the desired recording room.
   • Blue: Room is available for use.
   • Red:  Room is currently in session; you may join if permitted.
   • Yellow: Room has no audio or video inputs. Check that your cameras and microphones are properly connected.
   • Gray: Room is offline. If this appears unexpectedly, reach out to your system administrator or SimCapture support.
3. Make sure to select the desired feeds and provide a title for your session. You can also associate a Scenario, Organization, Location, Simulator, and Participants at this stage. Additionally, you can add notes.

4. Click Start. Once the session is finished, click the  button to end it.
