The Course Performance section provides administrative users with a centralized view of learner performance across all courses. It supports performance monitoring, score analysis, and data export for reporting or quality review purposes.

Before You Begin

• Access level required: Administrative users only

Performance Overview

This section displays a list of all available courses with filtering options to help you quickly locate relevant data.

You can filter courses by:

• Organization
• Course owner
• Course status

For each course, the table displays:

• Participants: Total number of enrolled learners
• Course Items: Evaluations and scenarios included in the course
• Status: Current course state
• QuickLink: Direct access to course‑level results

Tip: Select Course Results in the QuickLink column to open the Course Scores page directly.

Viewing Course‑Level Performance

Selecting a course name opens the Average Performance Donut Graph , which visualizes overall scoring trends.

From this view, you can:

• View average scores across scenarios, evaluations, and question categories
• Filter results using the Scenarios, Evaluations, and Question Categories drop‑downs
• Hover over the graph to see:
  • Number of participants
  • Score ranges

The donut graph updates dynamically based on your selected filters.

Reviewing Scenario Performance

Within a course, you can select a specific scenario to view:

• Linked evaluations
• Average scores for that scenario

This view helps identify variations in performance across different activities.

Reviewing Individual Learner Scores

The Score by Participant section allows you to review individual learner performance without leaving the page.

You can:

• Search for or select a learner by name
• View the learner’s overall score and evaluation score statistics
• Toggle class data visibility for comparison
• Switch between percentage and point value displays
• Export learner statistics to PDF

Understanding Score Distribution

The Score Distribution (box‑and‑whisker) graph provides insight into score variability across evaluations.

Hover to view:

• Maximum score
• Median score
• Minimum score

This helps identify score spread and consistency across learners.

Exporting Performance Data

Use Export Data to download learner score statistics in PDF format.

Important to note:

• Dashboard filters do not affect exported data
• Exports include:
  • All participants in the course
  • All scenarios and evaluations
• The export is delivered as a ZIP file
