Things to Know Before You Begin
Access Requirements: To use this feature, an administrator must add you to the event when the reservation is created.
Once added, you can manage your participation in events directly from your account.
Enroll or Unenroll from an Event
As a participant, you have the ability to enroll in or unenroll from events created by administrative users.
Enroll in an Event
- Log into your account as a Participant.
- Select Calendar and navigate to the month and day of the desired event.
- Select the event name to view its details.
- Select Enroll. You'll receive an email confirmation once enrolled.
Unenroll from an Event
- Log into your account as a Participant.
- Select Calendar and find the event date.
- Select the event name to view its details.
- Select Unenroll. You'll receive an email confirmation of your unenrollment.
Notes
- Self-enrollable events appear in blue.
- Non-enrollable events appear in gray.
- If you just enrolled, you can immediately Select Unenroll to cancel your registration.
