Center Sign‑In allows simulation center administrators to track and manage user sign‑ins for compliance, reporting, auditing, and time‑tracking. Recent updates make it easier to filter, edit, and export sign‑in data with greater accuracy and transparency.
What's New
- Flexible Date Range Filtering - Review records from any time period—not just the last 24 hours.
- Targeted Export - Export only the records shown on screen, based on your chosen filters.
- Edit Sign‑In Records - Correct sign‑in details directly from the records list.
- Activity History - View a complete log of edits, including who made each change and when.
Accessing Center Sign‑In
From your dashboard, go to Center Sign-in.

Viewing and Filtering Sign-in Records
Once you've accessed Center Sign-In via your dashboard, you can filter sign-in records by date using the Date Range Picker to select the time-period you want to review.

Exporting Sign-in Data
Now that you've filtered your data by date, you can export a data file by selecting Download as Excel. Your export will contain only the filtered records - perfect for reports, audits and compliance checks.

Editing Sign-in Records
Should you ever need to edit your sign-in records, find the record to update and select the Edit icon.

Then, update the necessary fields, such as sign-in time, and select Save.

Viewing Activity History
Being able to view activity history provides a clear, trustworthy record of every change—enhancing transparency, accuracy, and accountability in your sign‑in data.
To view your activity history, select Activity History on any edited record to view a log of all changes, including who edited the record and when.

With recently added improvements—such as flexible date filtering, targeted exports, inline record editing, and detailed activity history—it’s now even easier to maintain accurate, transparent sign‑in data. From filtering records and exporting only what you need, to correcting entries and reviewing a full history of changes, Center Sign‑In gives you the tools to confidently manage and verify all sign‑in activity across your center.
