Table of Contents
Performance
In the Performance area, you will see all of your Courses displayed as well as drop-down pickers/search options to select Organization, Owner, and Course Status. You will also see the number of Participants, Course Items (the number of Course and Scenario evaluations within the Course), Status, and a Quicklink to the course results.
Note: Clicking Course Results under QuickLink will take you to the Course Scores page.
Clicking a Course name will take you to the Average Performance donut graph where you will see:
- Donut Graph: When selecting All within the Scenarios, Evaluations, and Question Categories drop-down and then hovering your cursor over the donut graph, you will see the number of participants and their score range.
- Scenarios: Clicking the name of a Scenario will cause the Scenario to open so that you can see the Evaluations tied to that Scenario as well as the average score of those evaluations. Notice that the donut graph updates when clicking the name of a Scenario. The donut graph will also update when selecting a specific Scenario, Evaluation, or Question Category from the drop-down selectors.
- Score by Participant: You can either search for the name of a participant or click the participant's name to see their Score and Evaluation Score Statistics. You can also show or hide class data, select Percentage or Point Value, and export only Score Statistics to a PDF. Additionally, administrative users can also select a learner from a dropdown to view the learner's scores without having to leave the page.
- Score Distribution: A box and whiskers graph that shows, when hovering your cursor over the graph, the Maximum, Median, and Minimum percentage scores for Evaluations.
- Export Data: The Export Data button lets you export, into PDF format, the Learner Score Statistics for each participant. Please note: filters applied within the dashboard will not currently impact the exported Learner Score Statistics Report. This report will create a zip file which includes all Participants in the course and will pull all scenarios and evaluations for the selected course.
