Things to know before you begin
To use this feature, an administrator must add you to the event when the reservation is created.
Enroll or unenroll from an event
As a participant, you can enroll or unenroll yourself into or from events that have been created by administrative users. To do this, take the steps below.
Enroll in an event
- Log into your account as a Participant.
- Click Calendar and navigate to the month and day of the desired event.
- Click the event name to see the event details.
- Click Enroll. An email confirmation will be sent.
Unenroll in an event
- Log into your account as a Participant.
- Click Calendar and find the event's date.
- Click the event name to see the event details.
- Click Unenroll. You will receive an email confirmation of unenrollment.
Note
- Self-enrollable events will in blue, while non-enrollable events will appear in gray.
- If you just enrolled, you can immediately click Unenroll to cancel.
