Release version 5.9.1

Laerdal Medical is happy to announce the release of SimCapture version 5.9.1. This is our second release with our exciting new Vue Interface. We wanted to give a big “thank you” to all our clients who sent us feedback on Vue. Almost every client who received the last version provided us with at least one piece of feedback. We are happy to say that we were able to take your feedback and immediately make changes in a few cases. Many other suggestions are being actively discussed in our design meetings for future features. Thank you again for helping us put the “Verified User Experience” into our Vue Interface.

• Pods will now display the Location Name instead of the Capture Device Name for easier recognition (Prompted by User Feedback).
• The pods will show an updated status once a room starts\stops recording.

LLEAP release 6.4.2 validated

Tested and validated that these new versions of LLEAP work with our software.

Installation Instructions for LLEAP 6.4.2

The LLEAP 6.4.2 is a patch that was released to fix issues in version 6.4.1. Please install version 6.4.1 first and then install the version 6.4.2 patch.

Bug fixes and improvements

• Resolved an in Vue where sessions with no videos or deleted videos would not load properly.
• Fixed an issue where the Vue Interface wasn’t correctly updating date\times for time zones outside of the US EST. (Prompted by User Feedback)
• Improved the time it takes for changes to appear on the Vue Sessions and Scenario list pages from minutes to less than a second.
• (CCM Only) Added a visual indicator to the exam system page that appears while audio announcements are played.
