Here, you'll find information regarding the demographic criteria for SP Management. All values are case-insensitive, and "None" is not a supported value.

Demographics will only be visible in the UI if you check the Enable SP checkbox while creating or importing a new user, or if the user is already an existing SP.

Demographic Field Names and Acceptable Values

Field Name	Acceptable Values
Castable Age Range	Must use a whole number of the age ranges defined below: < 5 5 - 9 10 - 14 15 - 19 20 - 24 25 - 29 30 - 34 35 - 39 40 - 44 45 - 49 50 - 54 55 - 59 60 - 64 >= 65
Date of Birth	Supported date formats: MM/DD/YYYY DD-Mon-YY
