This article explains how administrators can maintain and manage scenarios over time, including copying, reviewing sessions, archiving, and deleting scenarios.

Permissions

• Only System Administrators and Administrative users can manage scenarios.

View Scenario Sessions

Each scenario includes a Sessions section showing all sessions conducted with that scenario.

This provides visibility into scenario usage and history.

Copy a Scenario

Use Copy to duplicate an existing scenario.

This is useful when:

• Reusing a scenario across courses or terms
• Creating variations with minimal changes

Scenario Management Tools

Select More within a scenario to access management actions:

• Print – Generate a printable version of the scenario
• Export – Export scenario details
• Notify Admins – Send notifications related to the scenario
• Archive – Prevent future use while retaining historical data
• Delete – Permanently remove the scenario

Note: Archiving preserves reporting and session history. Deleting permanently removes the scenario.

Ongoing Management Tips

• Review scenarios periodically to ensure evaluations and annotations remain current.
• Use Copy instead of editing historical scenarios tied to completed sessions.
• Confirm video retention settings before activating new scenarios.
