SimCapture Enterprise with Exam System: Usage area of reporting dashboard

Access Restrictions: This area is only accessible to System Administrator users.
Usage area overview
To access the Usage area of the reporting dashboard, click the Reports tab in the global navigation bar. In each section, you can filter by Course, Participants, Organizations, Simulators, and Locations. Quick statistics are available, and you can download Excel reports.
To clarify the data in Usage reports, titles and subtitles will explain the calculations:
- Number of Sessions: Title: Number of Sessions; Subtitle: Count of Each Session Run Between Two Dates.
- Learner Contact Hours: Title: Learner Contact Hours; Subtitle: Number of Hours in Sessions Multiplied by Number of Participants.
- Recorded Hours: Title: Recorded Hours; Subtitle: Sum of Session Times.
- Annotations: Title: Annotations; Subtitle: Count of Annotation Usage.
- Center Sign-In Hours: Title: Center Sign In Hours; Subtitle: Sum of Time Signed in Using Center Sign-In (unrelated to sessions).
Number of Sessions: View total and average sessions per day for a specified time period, displayed in Days, Weeks, and Months, with date range options including Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, Year to Date, All Time, and Custom.
Learner Contact Hours: View total and average recorded hours per day for all learners across sessions. Calculated as Session Length multiplied by the Number of Learners. This data can also be displayed in Days, Weeks, and Months, with the same date range options.
Recorded Hours: View total and average hours per day for a specified time period, available in Days, Weeks, and Months, with date range options.
Annotations: View the total number of annotations and the percentage of sessions that include them for a specified time period. This can be filtered by Course and Organizations, with display options in Days, Weeks, and Months, and various date ranges.
Center Sign-In Hours: View total and average hours per day for a specified time period, filterable by Users and Organizations. Display options include Days, Weeks, and Months, along with various date ranges
