SimCapture Enterprise Cloud allows instructors and administrators to review, annotate, evaluate, and debrief completed sessions from any location.

This guide explains how to find sessions, play recordings, complete evaluations, and manage post‑session edits .

Access Requirements

• You do not need to be on the local network to debrief or review sessions
• Local network access is only required for live recording

Find a Completed Session

From the Home Page

• Quick Debrief – Opens the last session you participated in
• Last Session – Access the most recent session from a specific node
• Your Activity – Shows your last four sessions

Using the Sessions Tab

Administrative users can search using filters such as:

• Course
• Participant
• Organization
• Simulator
• Location

Select the session title to open playback.

Playback a Session

• Video auto‑plays when opened
• Use Play / Pause controls as needed

If playback takes longer than 10 seconds , report the issue using the Feedback button.

Playback Speed and Layout

To customize playback:

1. Select the Gear icon in the playback bar
2. Choose:
   • Speed: 1x, 1.5x, or 2x
   • Layout: Horizontal, Vertical, Picture‑in‑Picture, Flow, or Quad

Edit and Review a Session

Select the blue arrow on the right to open editing tools.

Summary

• Edit session metadata
• Options include Edit , Download Video , and Delete
  • Video downloads are limited to System Admins and the session owner
• View the activity log for session changes

People

• Add or modify:
  • Participants
  • Contributors
  • Viewers
• Manage permissions and external share links

Annotate

• Add pre‑defined or ad‑hoc annotations
• Annotations appear during learner reflection

Event Log

• View annotations and simulator events chronologically
• Filter, edit text, or adjust timestamps
• Select an event to jump to that moment in the recording

Complete or Review Evaluations

1. Open the blue sidebar
2. Select the Evaluation icon
3. Choose an evaluation from the dropdown

You can view:

• Evaluation name
• Evaluator
• Date and time
• Evaluation questions and responses

Trim a Session Recording

1. Select the session video
2. Select the Trim icon in the lower‑right corner
3. Adjust the clip and select Save

Trimming permanently replaces the original video. This action cannot be undone. All evaluations are transferred to the trimmed version.
