SimCapture Pro: Starting and adding a participant to a new session

Let's take a look at the steps below to learn how to start a new session within your SimCapture organization.
Things to know before you begin
- A blue room means the room is available to be used.
- A red room means the room is currently in session. You may join it if you are allowed.
- A gray room means that the room is currently offline. If you see this unexpectedly, contact your system administrator or use the feedback button in the lower right-hand corner of the screen to report an issue.
Start a new session
- From the homepage, click Start New Session in the room you want to record.
- Create a title, choose an organization for the session and begin typing the name of the participant you want to add. Once you have the name you want to add, hover over the name and click it to add it to the Participants field. You can then start recording. Optionally, you can add a Scenario, Location, and Simulator to the session.
- Click Start to begin recording your session. When the session is complete, click Stop, indicated by a large red button.
