Manage Session Access and Roles in SimCapture Pro
Control who can access SimCapture Pro sessions by assigning owners, contributors, participants, viewers, and external links.

Use the People tab to control who can access a session and what they can do.
Session Roles
- Owner – Full control, including deletion
- Contributor – Can edit and annotate
- Participant – Can view and annotate (if permitted)
- Viewer – View‑only access
Manage Users
- Open the People tab.
- Use the search bar to:
- Change the session owner
- Add contributors, participants, or viewers
- Select Change Permissions beside a user to update access.
- Select Save when finished.
External Links
- Create an External Link to share video access with non‑SimCapture users
- External links provide video only (no metadata, annotations, or evaluations)
