Edit Session Details in SimCapture Cloud
Update scenario details, timestamps, notes, and files for recorded sessions in SimCapture Cloud. Includes download and delete options.

This article covers editing session metadata, downloading recordings, and managing session files.
Open the Summary Tab
Select the Summary tab (blue tab) to view and edit session details.
What You Can Edit
From the More options (⋮) menu, you can:
- Update scenario, title, organization, and location
- Select reservations
- Edit simulator, date, and start/end time
- Edit notes and view counts
- Add inventory (Enterprise only)
- Download session video files (Pro only)
- Delete an individual video - Prevent Deletion must be toggled off
- Delete the entire session - Prevent Deletion must be toggled off
Deleting videos or sessions is permanent and cannot be undone.
