Standalone Admin Evaluations allow administrators to assess participants independently of a simulation scenario or session. This feature is ideal for evaluating administrative tasks, compliance, or general performance without linking the evaluation to a specific simulation event.
Overview
A Standalone Admin Evaluation is created under a scenario but functions independently of scenario-based scoring. It requires:
- At least one administrator (as a contributor)
- At least one participant (to be evaluated)
This setup ensures that evaluations can be assigned and completed without impacting scenario grades or course completion percentages.
Key Points
- The purpose of this evaluation is to link administrators (evaluators) to participants (evaluatees).
- Multiple evaluations can be created under the same scenario.
- Additional questions can be added to each evaluation.
- Incomplete evaluations do not affect participant gradebooks.
- Scoring rubrics cannot be used with this evaluation type.
Benefits
- Flexible evaluation outside of simulation scenarios.
- Supports compliance and admin assessments.
- Easy assignment and tracking for evaluators and participants.
