• Have the appropriate monitor permissions assigned to your user profile

Access the monitor interface

To access the monitor interface:.

1. Log in to your SimCapture organization.
2. Navigate to the Control section from the global navigation bar.
3. Click the camera icon to launch the Monitor Interface

Using the Monitor Interface

Once you’ve accessed the Monitor Interface, you can:

1. Select a Room to View: Use the dropdown to choose a room configured with a course that you have permission to monitor.
2. Live Video Viewing: Watch real-time video of the exam session. If the room supports it, you may also control the camera view.
3. Complete Monitor Evaluations: If a monitor evaluation is part of the scenario:

• You can begin the evaluation as soon as the learner logs in.
• Evaluations remain accessible until the room resets at the end of the session.
• You may also complete or edit evaluations after the session ends.

Monitor evaluations can be completed from the time a learner logs in until the room resets at the end of the exam, with the option to continue the evaluation after the exam session concludes.
