The SimCapture Cloud Exam System enables administrators and proctors to configure, manage, and deliver structured OSCE exams using flexible workflows, role-based interfaces, and real-time monitoring.
Exam System Interfaces
SimCapture uses four interfaces, each designed for a specific role:

How the Exam Workflow Progresses
1. Pre-Encounter

- Responses are saved and may appear in debrief
Key Configuration Options
Timers
- Hard timer → Automatically advances the exam
- Soft timer → Requires manual progression
Evaluations
- Assigned to learner, SP, or both
- Must be completed during or after the encounter
EMR
- Available during the encounter (if configured)

Control Models
Proctor-Driven
- Proctor starts/stops sessions

Student-Driven
