Reorder Camera Feeds in a Recording Session

Location-Based Recording allows administrators to control the order in which camera feeds appear during a recording session. The first feed in the list is displayed as the primary feed and also becomes the default audio source.
This configuration is managed at the location level through System Setup and is available for SimCapture sites using Location-Based Recording .
Before You Begin
- You must be a System Administrator.
- Location-Based Recording must be enabled on your site.
- The location must already have IP video feeds assigned.
Reorder Camera Feeds
Step 1: Open Locations in System Setup

- Select System Setup (gear icon) from the navigation menu.
- Under Configuration, select Locations .
- Select Edit in the upper-right corner of the page.
Step 2: Open the Location's Recording Device Settings

- Locate the room or location you want to configure.
- Use the drag handle to drag your camera feeds into the order you want them to be in.
The first feed in the list becomes the primary video feed and the default audio source for the location.
Step 5: Save Your Changes
- Select Save.
- Repeat these steps for any additional locations that require a custom feed order.
