The Learner Evaluation Statistics Report provides a detailed view of learner performance across all scored evaluations in a course. Unlike the Learner Statistics Report, which summarizes performance at the scenario level, the Learner Evaluation Statistics Report displays scores for individual evaluations and question categories, allowing educators to analyze performance in greater detail.
What is the Learner Evaluation Statistics Report?

The Learner Evaluation Statistics Report is a per-learner report that displays evaluation results in a pivot-table format.
The report includes:
- Scenario scores
- Evaluation scores
- Question category performance
- Aggregated learner results
The aggregate data in this report is identical to the data shown in the Learner Statistics Report. The primary difference is that this report provides visibility into the underlying evaluation data used to calculate those results.

There are 2 ways to access the report via the Courses page or via the Reports page.
Course page

Understanding the report layout
The report presents evaluation data in a pivot table.
Columns
The columns display scenarios and course evaluations.
- Scenarios are displayed using their scenario title.
- Course-level evaluations are displayed as Course Evaluation .
Scenarios and course evaluations appear in the same order they are listed on the Course Details page.
Rows
Rows display question categories associated with the evaluations.
Question categories provide a breakdown of learner performance within specific competency areas, skills, or assessment domains.
Scoring data
Each report cell displays the learner's performance for the corresponding:
- Scenario
- Evaluation
- Question category
Scores can be shown by percentage or point value.
This structure allows educators to identify both overall performance trends and detailed strengths or weaknesses within specific competencies.
Evaluation display order
Within each scenario, evaluations are displayed in the following order:
- Before Session
- Scoring Rubric
- Student Exam Flow
- Scoring Rubric
- Patient Exam Flow
- Monitor/Administrator
- EMR Scoring Rubric
- After Session
- Scoring Rubric
This ordering matches the assessment workflow and provides a consistent view of learner performance throughout the training experience.
Report Options
Show Class Data

Enable Show Class Data, found at the bottom of the report, to display aggregated class results alongside individual learner data. This allows educators to compare learner performance against the overall course population when reviewing evaluation statistics.
Use cases
Analyze performance by competency
View scores by question category to identify skill areas where learners consistently perform well or may require additional instruction.
Compare performance across evaluations
Review how a learner performs during different portions of the learning experience, such as Before Session activities, exam flows, and post-session assessments.
Investigate scenario outcomes
Drill into evaluation-level data to better understand the factors contributing to a learner's overall scenario score.
Support remediation efforts
Use question category results to identify targeted learning opportunities and focus remediation on specific competencies rather than overall scenario performance.
Report considerations
- The report displays data for individual learners.
- Scenario ordering matches the Course Details page.
- Course evaluations are labeled Course Evaluation .
- Evaluation-level results provide greater detail than the Learner Statistics Report.
- Aggregate scoring values remain consistent with those displayed in the Learner Statistics Report.
