Course Evaluations
Evaluations are a key part of tracking learner progress and gathering feedback. SimCapture supports two main types:

These are not tied to a specific session or scenario. They can be used for:
- End-of-course feedback

- Fill in the Title and Description, then select Save.
- Add and preview questions, and monitor participant status.
Assigning Course Evaluations:

- Set:
- Release Time
- Retraction Time
- Target Users (all or specific)
- Completion Mode (allow saving or require one-time completion)

Viewing and Printing Evaluations:
- Select the evaluation name to view results.
- Use the Print option to generate a PDF of blank, in-progress, or completed evaluations.
During Session Evaluations
These are automatically triggered when a session begins. No manual assignment is needed. They are ideal for:
- Scenario-based assessments
- Real-time feedback
- Performance scoring
Admins can release scores and videos to participants after sessions.
Exporting and Reporting
From the course page, you can:
- Export the course agenda.
- Generate progress reports.
- Review session results and participant performance.
- Use the Course Validation Report to ensure all required evaluations are completed before releasing scores.
Completing a Course
When all sessions and evaluations are done:
- Select Complete Course.
- The course will be archived but can be rerun if needed.
