March 27, 2025 - SimCapture Cloud - Version 2.142.x

Features/Enhancements

• Enterprise and Enterprise with Exam System (Remote OSCE): A banner now appears to inform users when camera or microphone permissions are denied or disabled in browser settings, preventing them from entering the exam until permissions are granted.  
• Enterprise and Enterprise with Exam System (Calendar): When exporting calendar reservations, users will see a column titled Number of Actual Participants.
• Enterprise and Enterprise with Exam System (Calendar): When exporting calendar reservations, users will see a column titled Number of Support Staff.
• Enterprise and Enterprise with Exam System (Calendar): When exporting calendar reservations, users will see new columns for Start Date, Start Time, End Date and End Time.
• Enterprise and Enterprise with Exam System (Courses): For ease of use, we’ve made dropdown menus searchable within scenarios and evaluations.
• Enterprise and Enterprise with Exam System (Remote Exams): To ensure optimal system performance, we have limited the number of concurrent monitors for each Remote Exam room to two. 

Bugs Fixed

• Enterprise and Enterprise with Exam System (System Admin): Organizations tied to an SSO log in can no longer be deleted. 
• Enterprise and Enterprise with Exam System (Scenarios): User are now able to reorder annotations within a scenario. 
• Enterprise and Enterprise with Exam System (Reports): Administrative users with Global permissions can see data on Center Sign-In report
• Enterprise and Enterprise with Exam System (LTI): When the LTI integration is turned off, the manual sync button will be disabled. 
• Enterprise and Enterprise with Exam System (Evaluations): When highlighting text, the text chosen is highlighted and not the text after the highlight.

March 13, 2025 - SimCapture Cloud - Version 2.141.x

Features/Enhancements

• Enterprise and Enterprise with Exam System (Exam Flow): For exams involving sensitive topics, users have the option to disable the recording of the exam encounter.
• Enterprise, Enterprise with Exam System and Pro (Text editor – Evaluation builder): We have enhanced the rich text editing features in the Evaluation builder to provide easier editing and more options.
• Enterprise and Enterprise with Exam System (Users): When downloading users from the Users table, the SP designation is now included in the output, making it easy to identify users with the SP designation associated with their records.
• Enterprise and Enterprise with Exam System (Session Viewer): Users can select multiple simulators in a session when using the Session viewer. 

• Enterprise Pro (Scenario): The hover text for Scenario Contributors regarding the Start, Join, and Edit Scenario Sessions permission has been updated to better align with software features.
• Enterprise and Enterprise with Exam System (Calendar – Reservations): When creating or updating a calendar reservation, users can search for or scroll through organizations. 

SimCapture Mobile Camera app

• SimCapture Mobile Camera app: Users can now access the new offline recording mode in beta on their mobile camera. For more information, please see SimCapture Mobile Offline Recording mode. Additionally, the number of Mobile Camera devices that can be paired has been increased to six. 

Bugs Fixed

• Enterprise and Enterprise with Exam System (Evaluation): Dropdown positioning is now correctly aligned when multiple rich text editors are present in an evaluation.
• Enterprise and Enterprise with Exam System (EMRs): We've made a minor update to the WYSIWYG editor for EMRs.
• Enterprise and Enterprise with Exam System (Evaluations): Users assigned a Self-record evaluation who are removed from the course can now be deleted.
• Enterprise and Enterprise with Exam System (LTI): When the LTI integration is turned off, the manual sync button will be disabled.
• Enterprise and Enterprise with Exam System (Calendar – Reservation request): When updating a course for a reservation request, the reservation is no longer linked to the original course.
• Enterprise with Exam System (Exam Control Interface): The list view now displays "Phase Name – Honor Code." 

February 27, 2025 - SimCapture Cloud - Version 2.140.x

Features/Enhancements

Courses integrated with your LMS will now send over individual evaluation scores from SimCapture:

• Score syncing: More data is now syncing in the integration
• Manual syncing: Can now sync on-demand as well as automatically.

• Enterprise with Exam System (LMS LTI – Manual Score Syncing): When a user is on a course page and a manual sync is completed, a success message will appear, and the syncing spinner will revert to the Sync Now action.
• Enterprise with Exam System (LMS LTI – Score Syncing): Your LMS will not link to existing courses that are in Completed or Archived status.
• Enterprise with Exam System (Remote OSCE): Should you experience trouble with your network connectivity during a Remote OSCE exam, a warning message that reads “Your network signal is weak, which may impact your remote exam” appears.
• Enterprise, Enterprise with Exam System and Pro (Spanish Translations): Users in Spanish-speaking regions will now see their SimCapture Cloud instance in Spanish updated to appropriately reflect best settings.

Bugs Fixed

• Enterprise with Exam System (LMS LTI – User Creation): Bulk user creation in no longer times out when using large numbers of participants.
• Enterprise and Enterprise with Exam System (Scoring Rubrics): Follow-up videos no longer play at the same time as Encounter videos.
• Enterprise, Enterprise with Exam System and Pro (Authentication): Password links now deactivate after usage.
• Enterprise, Enterprise with Exam System and Pro (Non-Exam EMR): EMR tab order is maintained when 2 or more additional tabs are added.
• Enterprise and Enterprise with Exam System (Standalone Evaluations): Questions marked as comments in a Standalone evaluation are displayed.
• Enterprise with Exam System (Exam flows): Exam flows can be edited and saved after the user has acknowledged and corrected the save error.  
• Enterprise and Enterprise with Exam System (Honor Code): When creating a new exam scenario and toggling the Honor Code off, it stays off even after saving and editing the scenario.
• SimCapture Mobile Record (Recordings): Recordings with participants selected no longer throw an error.

February 13, 2025 - SimCapture Cloud - Version 2.139.x

Features/Enhancements

• Enterprise with Exam System (Door note): We now support multiple headings and standardized styling in the Door Notes area of the UI. 

Bugs Fixed

• Enterprise, Enterprise with Exam System and Pro (Courses): Course contributors cannot complete evaluations via the debrief tab.
• Enterprise and Enterprise with Exam System (Courses): When adding a user to a course, the Courses pod is populated with the course and the role of the user in the course.
• Enterprise and Enterprise with Exam System (Scenarios – EMR): Users can now copy EMRs from non-Exam target Scenarios.
• Enterprise and Enterprise with Exam System (Skills): Locales in Skills are now able to be changed from English to other languages.
• Enterprise and Enterprise with Exam System (Evaluations - Scoring): Users can no longer submit scoring evaluations for other users. 

January 30, 2025 - SimCapture Cloud - Version 2.138.x

Features/Enhancements

• Enterprise with Exam System (Exam Flow editor): Users can see the time limitations for each timed exam phase. For example, a learner will have 1 hour to complete a Door note, 1 hour to complete an EMR, 4 hours to complete an encounter and 1 hour to complete a post-encounter.  More information can be found at SimCapture Enterprise with Exam System: How to set up exam flows. Please note that in student or admin-driven flows, participants can advance before the timer expires. However, in system-driven flows, participants must remain in the phase until the timer ends.
• Enterprise with Exam System (Calendar): The Locations filter now displays child locations as ‘Parent - Child’ location name.

Bugs Fixed

• Enterprise and Enterprise with Exam System (Global search): System administrator users can now successfully navigate between users using the search list results.
• Enterprise and Enterprise with Exam System (Login page): Users are redirected to the page they were trying to access if their token has expired or is invalid.
• Enterprise and Enterprise with Exam System (LMS LTI): We have corrected a minor typo in the manual sync modal.
• Pro, Enterprise, Enterprise with Exam System (Scenarios): A minor change has been implemented to permit only administrative users to delete scenarios. 

January 9, 2025 – SimCapture Cloud – Version 2.137.x  

We will transition all Enterprise and Enterprise with Exam System clients to the new inventory management system on January 30th.

Features/Enhancements

• Enterprise with Exam System (LMS Integration – System Settings): If the user selects SSO Email or UserID from the SSO dropdown in System Settings > Learning Management System without SSO being enabled, an error message will appear stating, “SSO in SimCapture must be enabled for this function to be available.”
• Enterprise with Exam System (LMS Integration – System Settings): We’ve added a dropdown in System Settings > Learning Management System, allowing you to select your preferred LMS integration.
• Enterprise with Exam System (LMS Integration – System Settings): When a user selects a non-Moodle LMS from the System Settings > Learning Management System dropdown, the Username option is removed from the External SSO ID field.
• Enterprise, Enterprise with Exam System and Pro (Evaluations): You can now expand the evaluation text box, making it easier to provide longer responses.
• Enterprise with Exam System (Locations): Location names can now be duplicated and will be indicated with a numbered suffix. For instance, Med Room, Med Room (1), Med Room (2).
