SimCapture Cloud Enterprise: Reports and titles of reports
Learn how to generate reports in SimCapture Enterprise and discover the range of reports available.

SimCapture Cloud Enterprise offers an extensive suite of reporting capabilities, allowing administrative users to generate various reports for performance analysis, usage tracking, and other key metrics. Here's a breakdown of the reports available
Reports within a course (Enterprise only)
These reports are accessed by logging in to your SimCapture Cloud Organization, selecting the Course you want to work in and then click View Results in the Results pod. You will then select your report type from the Report dropdown menu.
Course Scores / Gradebook Report (Excel)
- Breakdown by Participant, Course Scores, Category, and Scenario.
- Includes mean, standard deviation, passing cutoff, and category breakdown.

Course Score / Gradebook Evaluations Report (Excel)
- Detailed student evaluations with point values or text answers, including free-text responses.
Learner Score Statistics (PDF)
- Focuses on a single student, comparing their performance by question category and scenario to class averages.
Learner Evaluation Score Statistics
- Similar to Learner Score Statistics but includes all evaluations in the course.
Question Analysis (Excel)
- Evaluates the number of no credit, partial credit, and full credit responses, along with mean scores and point biserial.
Answer Analysis (Excel)
- Tracks the most selected answers for each question in evaluations.
Encounters Report (Excel, CCM Only)
- Tracks participant interactions with standardized patients, including frequency and history.

Course Validation report
To access this report, select the Course you want to work in and then click Validate Completion in the Results pod.
- Helps course administrators confirm that all required evaluations (Course, Scenario, Monitor, Admin) are completed for each participant before scores are released.

Performance (Enterprise only)
The Performance, Analysis and Usage reports are accessed by clicking Reports in the global navigation bar and then selecting the report you want to view. For more information, please see SimCapture Cloud Enterprise: Report dashboard: Performance.
Courses
- Clicking the Quicklink in this report will take you to the same information that is shown in the reports within a course mentioned above.
Participants
- Select the Cross-course Performance report from the Export Data dropdown to view how students are doing across multiple courses or how different groups of students compare to one another.
Analysis (Enterprise only)
Inter-Rater Consistency (Excel report generated)
- Evaluates grader consistency using filters like courses, scenarios, and evaluations.

Usage reports (Enterprise and Pro)

Number of Sessions (Excel)
- Tracks recorded sessions over a specific period. Filters: Course, participant, organization, simulators, and location.
Learner Contact Hours (Excel)
- Reports recorded learner hours. Filters: Course, participant, organization, simulators, and location.
Recorded Hours (Excel)
- Similar to contact hours but includes all recorded hours.
Annotations (Excel)
- Tracks annotation usage, including frequency and average timing.
Center Sign-In Hours (Excel)
- Tracks user sign-in hours at the center, filtered by user and organization.
SimCapture for Skills
- Gives admin users insights into various session types learners use, like Peer-to-Peer, Self-Record, and Self-Learning sessions. For more information, please see SimCapture Enterprise: Skills utilization reporting.
Calendar reports (Enterprise only)
To access these reports, click Calendar in the global navigation bar and then click Reports.
Reservation Count
- Counts reservations usage by month, location, organization, course, user, simulator, or inventory item.
Reservation Time
- Counts reservation time usage by month, location, organization, course, user, simulator, or inventory item.
Basic exports
Users Within SimCapture (Excel)
- Click the Users on the global navigation bar, and select Download from the More dropdown to download a list of all users.
Individual Evaluations (PDF/Excel)
- To export completed evaluations, click the evaluation for your course, click Print, select your options and click Print again to generate a PDF and then, if needed, print the PDF.
Blank Evaluations (PDF)
- To generate blank evaluations for distribution, create a new evaluation for your course, add and save your questions, click Print, select your options and click Print again to generate a PDF and then, if needed, print the PDF.
Scenario (PDF)
- To see the details of a scenario, select any scenario from your chosen Course, click Print Scenario to generate a PDF and then, if needed, print the PDF.
Calendar Raw Data (Excel)
- To export the raw data of calendar reservations, click Calendar in the global navigation bar, then click the Export Raw Data button and finally, click the Download button.
Center Sign-In Usage (Excel)
- To generate the Center Sign-In report, click Reports in the global navigation bar, then click the Download as Excel button to generate the report.
